Agreement and age

By using this site or joining a list, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to join a list or use the beta.

Who you are contracting with

Supertrained Inc. operates Petunia and petuniaapp.com.

Waitlists

If you leave an email, we will use it only to send the access you asked for: a Play testing link, or one email when Petunia is ready on iPhone. We may also send a confirmation that we stored the address. You can ask us to remove it.

Joining a list does not guarantee access. We may pause, limit or end Android testing at any time. The waitlist is not an account, a paid subscription, an invitation or a promise of a release date. There is no charge to join.

The app

The Petunia app has its own terms, shown in the app. Those terms govern the app. If these terms and the app’s terms disagree about the app, the app’s terms apply. Both sets of terms use Florida law.

In the app, use Settings → Delete account or Settings → Export my data. You can also use Your data.

Use of this site

Do not submit someone else’s email without permission, misuse the request forms, interfere with the service, or try to break it. Do not send us passwords or recovery codes.

AI and gardening advice

Petunia’s answers come from AI models run by other companies. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on Petunia to decide whether a plant is safe for people, children or pets to eat or touch.

If you think someone has been poisoned, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or emergency services. For pets, call your vet. Before using any fertiliser or pesticide, follow its label.

Ending access

We can remove you from a list or end beta access at any time. You can leave a list at any time by asking us.

If you misuse the service

If your misuse of the site or app leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.

Intellectual property

Petunia, this site and its software are owned by Supertrained Inc. or its licensors. Open-source and font notices are on Notices.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and waitlists are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or a release date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supertrained Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost plants, lost profits or lost data.

If we are liable anyway, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Problems and governing law

If you have a problem with us, email team@supertrained.ai first. We will try to fix it within 30 days.

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory consumer law where you live. Any court case will be in the state or federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida.

If part of these terms fails

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website and waitlists change. We will update the date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires more notice.
